What are the manufacturing lead times?+
The average lead time is 3 to 6 weeks depending on the configuration and workshop workload.
What are the delivery times?+
Shipping times are generally 2 to 3 business days in mainland France after manufacturing.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept credit card payments and PayPal. Payment in 4 installments via PayPal is available on the website.
How do I check compatibility with my motorcycle?+
Consult the Compatible Brands page. If in doubt, send us the make, model, and exact year of your motorcycle.
Returns & warranty+
As custom kits are manufactured to order, returns are only possible in case of error or defect. Contact us with photos/videos for quick processing.
Where can I track my order?+
An email containing the DHL tracking number is sent upon shipment. You can also consult your customer account.
What customization options are available?+
Rims, hubs, spokes, nipples, sizes, single or two-tone finishes: each configuration can be customized according to your project.
Is installation complicated?+
The rims arrive ready to install with bearings, spacers, and dust caps included depending on the model. Always respect the manufacturer's tightening torque.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, upon request. Contact us with your country and postal code for a shipping quote.
