Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

All items may be refunded or have their colour changed within 3 days of the payment date. After this period, costs will already have been incurred to begin manufacturing your wheels, and it will no longer be possible to change the colour or cancel the order.

Condition of returned items

Returned products must be strictly new, unfitted, unused, and free from any tool or installation marks.
Any tyre-fitting mark, scratch, tool mark, or modification will result in the refund being refused or a deduction being applied to reflect the product's loss in value.

The photographs sent before the return must accurately reflect the product's actual condition. Any attempt to conceal a defect may result in the refund being refused.
